Red Hook Brewing Company – Big Ballard Imperial IPA- 8.6% ABV, 73 IBU. Redhook is paying homage to its roots by releasing Big Ballard Imperial IPA. Big Ballard has a rich, deep golden and a very assertive hop character that hits you in the nose before reaching your lips. The flavor and aroma are balanced with complex malty undertones. While it has a friendly side, make no mistake - Big Ballard is brewed for diehard IPA fans. Big Ballard pairs well with sausage, cured meats with ground mustard, spicy Mexican or Asian dishes, and barbeque. Available in the Western US year round in both 22 ounce bottles and on draught.

Red Hook Brewing Company – Bourbon Barrel Aged Blackhook Porter- 7.5% ABV, IBU Redhook's classic porter, Blackhook, is aged in Bourbon whiskey barrels for over 4 months - transforming this robust porter into a full flavored delight that pairs perfectly with the whiskey notes and light oak flavor from the barrel. Very limited in quantities, get some while you can.

Renaissance Brewing Company – Marlborough Pale Ale- 8.5% ABV, IBU. Marlborough Pale Ale, or M.P.A. for short, is a uniquely kiwi take on an American Double India Pale Ale and is the biggest beer in our range. Renaissance Brewing has taken the concept and turned it into a kiwi brew by utilizing not only New Zealand grown hops but also by choosing to use only New Zealand hop varieties. M.P.A. is a released seasonally as it uses the new seasons hops every southern hemisphere autumn. M.P.A. showcases the lovely piney, apricot and stone fruit flavour that Rakau is capable of, balancing its flavour and bitterness against a strong malty full bodied Ale. M.PA. is massively hopped. A normal brew has 3 or 4 hop additions, M.P.A. had 13 additions, and this yielded an ale with approximately 120 hops per bottle.

Rogue Ales – Anniversary Ale Charlie- 9.1% ABV, 75 IBU. In honor of Charlie Papazian and his extraordinary contributions to craft beer, John Maier brewed CHARLIE, a Strong Ale with Risk and Dare malts, and Liberty and Freedom hops grown ourselves on Rogue Farms. With a light mahogany hue, rich caramelized malt notes, and aggressive piney hop profile, CHARLIE Strong Ale will satisfy cravings from hopheads and homebrewers alike.

Rogue Ales – XS Old Crustacean- 11.5% ABV, 110 IBU. An unfiltered and unrefined Barleywine. Intense, robust, malty and dark. The cognac of beers. A huge beer in a little bottle, this is a beer designed for sipping. Old Crustacean is brewed with eight ingredients, Great Western Harrington, Klages, Hugh Baird Carastan and Munich Malts, Chinook and Centennial Hops, free-range coastal water and PacMan yeast. Old Crustacean is best when aged for one year.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Company – Otra Vez- 4.5% ABV, 5 IBU. Otra Vez means “another time,” and for Sierra Nevada that time is early California when beers were made from local ingredients. The brewery trialed various native produce searching for great flavors. Prickly pear cactus flourishes in the state’s arid deserts, and grapefruit fills the Central Valley’s flats. Together their fruity-tangy blend makes Otra Vez, whose tartness is true to the gose style, pop with character.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Company - Narwhal- 10.2% ABV, 60 IBU. Narwhal Imperial Stout is the latest beer in Sierra Nevada’s High Altitude Series. This malt-forward monster is bold – with notes of baker’s cocoa, molasses, and dark roasted coffee. This massive imperial stout is incredibly complex, rich, and intense and will develop in the bottle for years to come.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Company – Summerfest- 5% ABV, 28 IBU. Summerfest is a delightfully refreshing example of a traditional style lager beer. While lighter in body than our ales, Summerfest displays significant hop aroma and a tangy hop bite. The long lagering period adds a smoothness that makes this beer a great summertime treat.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Company – Stout- 5.8% ABV, IBU. Silver Medal Winner, Great American Beer Festival, Stout 1988, 1989. Sierra Nevada Stout is a creamy and full-bodied example of this traditional style ale. Very dark and very rich, the Stout displays a pronounced roasted flavor.

Square Mile Cider Company – Spur and Vine Hopped Cider - 6.7% ABV. Spur & Vine puts a Northwest twist on our classic American Hard Cider. Starting with the same apples and yeast as The Original, a generous amount of Galaxy hops were added to the cider during cold conditioning. Since no heat is applied to the hops, the cider takes on flavors and aromas of peach, melon, and honeysuckle, but with none of the traditional hop bitterness. Spur & Vine is best served straight up to allow the complexities of this cider to shine.

Square Mile Cider Company – The Original- 6.7% ABV, IBU. The Original is a classic American hard cider. It’s made from three apple varieties rooted in American culture—Red Delicious, Yellow Delicious, and Johnny Gold—picked and pressed by hand in Oregon. A lager beer yeast was chosen to create a cider that perfectly balances sweet and tart with a light, crisp apple flavor and a clean, refreshing finish. The Original is best served over ice to complement the crisp apple flavor and clean, refreshing finish.
Stone Brewing Company – Arrogant Bastard- 7.2% ABV, 80 IBU. This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth.

Stone Brewing Company – Stone Delicious IPA- 7.7% ABV, 80 IBU. While our beers are many and diverse, India pale ales are our undeniable bread and butter. We’ve one was all about packing as much unique and, you guessed it, delicious flavor into a glass as humanly possible, regardless of oomph or octane. This intensely citrusy, beautifully bitter beer is worthy of the simple-yet-lordly title of Stone Delicious IPA. Lemondrop and El Dorado hops combine to bring on a magnificent lemon candy-like flavor that’s balanced by hop spice. It’s unlike anything we’ve tasted in nearly two decades of IPA experimentation, and another lupulin-laced creation we’re excited to introduce to hopheads everywhere.

Stewbum and Stonewall Brewing Company – Makana Island Wheat- 4.8% ABV, 17 IBU. Traditional Belgian style witbier brewed with crushed coriander and bitter orange peel that give tasty notes of citrus and a slight spice. Goes great with an orange or pineapple wedge.

Stewbum and Stonewall Brewing Company – The Smoking Cannon Smoked Stout- 8.2% ABV, 54 IBU. Legend has it that Stonewall’s homemade O2/Acetylene cannon could launch a tennis ball over a mile. It surely startled anyone standing within a mile on a regular basis, you can bet on that! If you have to ask why in the World someone would want to build such a contraption, you must have skipped the first two sentences.

Travelers Beer Company – Illusive Traveler Grapefruit Ale- 4.4% ABV, IBU. Illusive Traveler is a deceptively delicious wheat beer made with real grapefruit. This refreshing take on a Shandy delivers a bright and satisfying citrus aroma and flavor, then quickly disappears, leaving you searching for another.

Two Town Ciderhouse – Bright Apple – 6.0%ABV. Hand crafted in Oregon with all Northwest ingredients, The Incider features a light and refreshing apple flavor. Hints of sweetness and a crisp finish round out this easy drinking cider.

Two Town Ciderhouse – Out Cider – 6.0% ABV. Juicy and unfiltered, the Outcider is made with fresh-pressed NW apples. Ya, it’s supposed to be cloudy.
