Maui Brewing Company – Black Lava Gose – 3.7% ABV, 10 IBU. Black Lava Gose is brewed with nearly 50% wheat and 50% pilsner malt. A small percentage of Carafa III contributes the dark appearance that lends well with post fermentation addition of Black Lava Sea Salt made locally on nearby Molokai. Black salt combined with a dose of lactic acid creates a unique, slight puckering mouthfeel that may surprise the palate after taking in an evanescent floral aroma from the light addition of Hibiscus.

Maui Brewing Company – Mosaic Mo Betta- 8% ABV, 75 IBU. Brewed with a light variety of grain, this IPA showcases the Mosaic hop. Wonderful notes of tropical fruit, berries and citrus the from a heavy the Mosaic dry hop and late additions round out a nice punch of bitterness from the earlier additions of Simcoe.

Mehana Brewing Company – Tsunami IPA- 7.2% ABV, IBU. Hazy red oak color. Rich, hoppy aromas and the flavors of pine needles, dried fruits, and flowers, grilled grapefruit and nectarine, and earl grey with a soft, bright, finely carbonated, off dry medium body and a tingling, complex, breezy smoked nuts, peppery mole, and minerals finish. A nice, lightly smoky IPA with fine balance

Mehana Brewing Company – ‘Alala Hawaiian Crow Porter- 5% ABV, IBU. Nearly opaque brown color. Delicate, attractive, roasted aroma and flavors of fresh coffee, dark chocolate banana, and cashew toffee with a silky bright, effervescent, fruity medium to full body add a tingling, appealing, medium- length roasted grain, dark toasted pumpernickel, grilled romaine and dried tropical fruits finish. A spot-on porter with great drinkability, balance and style.

Midnight Sun Brewing Company – XXX Double Black IPA – 8.5% ABV, 87 IBU. XXX offers bold, American hop character — comfortably cloaked in dark, luxurious malt. This exciting “winter warmer” will take the chill right out of your bones. Curl up with this session-beer-meets-nightcap.

Midnight Sun Brewing Company – Red Sockeye – 5.7% ABV, 70 IBU. Brewed in the bold spirit of Alaska, Sockeye Red IPA is a finely crafted Pacific Northwest-style India Pale Ale with a real bite. Ample pale two-row malt creates a fresh, firm body while specialty malts impart a spawning red hue. The predominant character of this feisty catch comes from outlandish portions of Centennial, Cascade and Simcoe hops, giving this beer tremendous citrus and floral aroma and flavor.

Mission Brewery – Coconut Brown – 6% ABV, 28 IBU. Brewed with dark crystal and chocolate malts, bombarded with a decadent amount of toasted coconut

Mission Brewery – Shipwrecked Imperial IPA- 9.25% ABV, 75 IBU. A style of beer curiously born on the foggy shores of Father Junipero Serra’s first founding mission. Our own vigorous entry is one rebellious IPA, quick on the trigger, and brimming with a bounty of hop ingenuity. This is a big, bold, brazen beer, a restless vision of a new America.

New Belgium Brewing Company – Ranger IPA- 6.5% ABV, 70 IBU. Are you a hopinista? Thank our Beer Rangers for inspiring (and begging for) this well-balanced Simcoe, Cascade and Chinook hopped IPA.

New Belgium Brewing Company – Fat Tire 5.2% ABV, IBU. Named in honor of our founder Jeff’s bike trip through Belgium. Belgian beers use a far broader palette of ingredients (fruits, spices, esoteric yeast strains) than German or English styles. Jeff found the Belgian approach freeing. Fat Tire’s appeal quickly became evident. People liked everything about it. Except the name. Fat Tire won fans is in its sense of balance: toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness.

It’s a rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish. The Old Rasputin brand image is a drawing of Rasputin with a phrase in Russian encircling it—A sincere friend is not born instantly.

North Coast Brewing Company– Scrimshaw Pilsner – 4.4%ABV, 22 IBU. Named for the delicate engravings popularized by 19th century seafarers, Scrimshaw is a fresh tasting Pilsner brewed in the finest European tradition from Munich and Klages malts, Hallertauer and Tettnang hops.
