Knee Deep Brewing Company – Hoptologist IIPA – 9.0% ABV, 103 IBU. Part of the MEPS series. An American Double India Pale Ale that packs a punch when it comes to hops. The aroma and flavors will give you citrus and pine with a slight malt sweetness that finishes dry. Knee Deep Brewing Company – Breaking Bud- 6.5% ABV, 50 IBU. Old school meets new school in this fresh approach to the classic IPA. At 50 IBU’s and 6.7% ABV, Breaking Bud features the restrained bitterness and alcohol of a classic IPA with newer tropical fruit hop flavors and aromas of Mosaic. Also in the hop mix are Simcoe and CTZ, creating layers of mango, passion fruit, pine and dank. A malt bill with a pinch of crystal malt and a hefty dose of flaked wheat keeps the beer crisp while adding flavor complexity. Cheers to the past, present and future!
Kona Brewing Company – I ‘iwi India Session Ale- 4.5% ABV, 50 IBU. Designed after the popular Hawaiian “POG” juice, we created an India Session Ale with passionfruit juice, guava puree, and organic orange juice. The fruit lends tropical aromas and flavors and is complemented by Azacca and Galaxy hops, which add additional citrus, tropical fruit, and passionfruit notes. This brew has assertive bitterness and exquisite flavors, while maintaining a light body and drinkability.
Kona Brewing Company – Konambisco Amber- 5.5% ABV, 25 IBU. This Amber Ale is a collaboration between Kona Brewing Company, Cisco Brewers, and Appalachian Mountain Brewery utilizing distinctive, region-specific ingredients. The addition of cranberry adds brightness and a mild tartness, while the North Carolina honey contributes a floral complexity and a mild sweetness to round out the cranberry notes. To finish it off, Hawaiian grown cacao is added to enhance chocolate notes, pairing beautifully with the fruit-forward cranberry and enhancing the roastiness of the chocolate malts.
Kyodo Shoji Coedo Brewery – Kyara- 5.5 % ABV, IBU. Aromatic Lager - vivid bitterness with savory aroma like white grape or spicy citrus, rounded medium body and clean finish.
Kyodo Shoji Koedo Brewery – Beniaka- 7% ABV, IBU. Fermented for an extended period, this premium lager features an aromatic sweetness in its amber tones. With the combination of high quality malts, roasted sweet potatoes and beer craftsmanship, this beer is unique to the Bushu area, featuring Kawagoe’s famous produce, Kintoki sweet potatoes. Take the time to full enjoy its flavors and the slightly elevated alcohol content. Called "Beniaka" Meaning Crimson Red, in honor of the colors of the sweet potatoes which helped produce it.
Lagunitas Brewing Company – Equinox- 8% ABV, 50 IBU. A creamy, pale oat ale hopped up with a huge charge of Equinox and Simcoe hops for a piney, eucalyptusy, cedary, sprucey, foresty blast.
Lagunitas Brewing Company – Aunt Sally- 6.2% ABV, IBU. Dry-hopped sweet tart sour mash ale.
Lanikai Brewing Company – Pillbox Porter – 6.5%ABV, 45 IBU. Porter brewed with real vanilla beans. This robust brew features sweet malts and caramel notes balanced by a touch of hop bitterness and a spicy, herbal aroma.
Lanikai Brewing Company – Route 70 Saison- 7% ABV, IBU. Ale Brewed with Honey and Hibiscus. Hibiscus flowers bring tartness balanced by a clove and peppery yeast profile with a touch of sweetness from local Hawaiian honey. Crisp and dry with a tart finish.
Left Coast Brewing Company – Una Mas Lager- 5.8% ABV, IBU. At Left Coast Brewing Co., we pride ourselves on our seasonal line up, with Una Mas amber being our one for the Spring. This dark copper lager (Ale in Texas) is light in body and bursting with flavor. Styled after the popular amber lagers south of the border, Una Mas is the perfect Spring brew. Small amounts of dark roasted malts add a rich color without making it thick or chewy. Munich malt adds a rich toasty finish to the brew. Una mas will leave you wanting more.
Left Coast Brewing Company – Hop Juice Double IPA- 9.7% ABV, 83 IBU. At Left Coast Brewing Co., we pride ourselves on being one of the pioneers of Double IPA style craft beer. This hop monster uses Premium American 2– Row and a touch of light crystal malt to create a solid malt foundation. Five different Hop Varieties are used in the Hop Juice. It spends two weeks dry hopping in fermenter contributing to its great hop aroma. Starts out sweet and finishes with the crisp bitterness of a Double IPA. This drinkable blend will have you HOPPING till nights’ end.
Lost Coast Brewery – Watermelon Wheat – 5% ABV, IBU. An American Wheat beer with notes of sweet Watermelon candy, sure to please on a hot summer day!
