10 Barrel Brewing Company – Joe IPA- 6.9% ABV, 70 IBU.
This IPA was formally known as Sam named after its hops; Simcoe, Amarillo and Mosaic, but we were told this would be a trademark issue with a large craft brewery out of the north-east, so we had to change it. We cycled through a bunch of generic names; Bob, Tom, Dick, Dan, Carl, Frank until we finally arrived on the perfect name for this IPA...Joe.
10 Barrel Brewing Company – Apocalypse IPA- 6.8% ABV, 69 IBU. A Northwest American-Style IPA. The color comes through as a deep gold with orange hues. Fruity and citrusy hop aroma shines, with hints of pine resin. The four hop flavor dominates, re-enforcing the aroma with more citrus, fruity and piney notes. The malt character is clean and smooth with a unique toasted flavor (thanks to the generous helping of Victory malt), all held together by a firm bitterness. Apocalypse has a medium-bodied mouth feel, finishing crisp and dry. All of this results in a very drinkable IPA.
Almanac Beer Company – Valencia Gold Seasonal – 8.5% ABV, IBU. Valencia Gold is an aromatic Belgian-style ale that celebrates the vibrant and pioneering history of San Francisco’s sunny Mission District. This imperial ale is brewed with fragrant orange blossom honey and fresh Valencia Oranges from California’s Central Valley and dry-hopped with tangerine-scented Mandarina Bavaria hops.
Almanac Beer Company – Almanac Farmer’s Reserve Strawberry - 7% ABV, IBU. Sour ale aged in wine barrels with strawberries. A celebration of the summer harvest, this blond sour ale is loaded with Coastal Seascape Strawberries grown at Dirty Girl Farms in California’s Santa Cruz Mountains. These delicious berries are swept by cool evening ocean breezes and drenched in warm daytime sun before being hand-picked and added to this tart and refreshing ale. Enjoy paired with classic charcuterie and summer salads.
Alpine Beer Company – Duet- 7%ABV, 45 IBU. Our original single IPA made with Simcoe and Amarillo hops “in harmony.”
Alpine Beer Company – Mandarin Nectar- 6.5%ABV, 6 IBU. Fresh organic orange zest and cracked coriander complement the orange blossom honey used in this ale. Like a mountain breeze through the citrus trees.

Anchor Brewing Company – Anchor Go West IPA- 6.7% ABV, 75 IBU. Made with 2-row pale barley malt and dry-hopped with a unique blend of 4 American hops. Its mouthwateringly complex aromas of citrus, pine, and the tropics; spiky bitterness; gleaming golden color; and clean finish unite to create this singular 24-karat IPA
Angry Orchard – Crisp Apple- 5% ABV, IBU. This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.
Angry Orchard – Hop N Mad- 5% ABV, IBU. Hop’n Mad Apple’s bright, juicy apple flavor is complemented by floral notes from the Strisselspalt hops and tropical notes from the Galaxy hops. These hops are added to the cider post-fermentation, a process known as “dry hopping” in craft beer, giving it a fresh hop aroma and pleasant dry finish, without the bitterness.
Anderson Valley Brewing Company – Featherleggy Bulrusher- 5.8% ABV, IBU. This unique beer is made by souring our Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout in used Wild Turkey Bourbon barrels for up to 18 months. The acidic and fruity profile is reminiscent of cherry cordials and chocolate cake.
Anderson Valley Brewing Company – Dreef Fooper Experimental IPA- 7.2% ABV, 75 IBU. The flagship beer of the Aloha Beer Company. Aloha Lager is our version of a European Continental Pilsner or a classic ‘green bottle’ beer. This light-bodied, straw colored lager features a mild bitterness and a dry, spicy finish. Pairs well with everything from seafood ceviche to a dinner steak.
Ballast Point Brewing Company – Mango Even Keel- 3.8% ABV, 40 IBU. Our Mango Even Keel is the ideal beer for easy drinking. This hoppy, session ale gets a flavor boost from mango, which perfectly plays off the citrusy hop bouquet. With fruit, hops, and a low ABV, this beer truly is on another level.
Ballast Point Brewing Company – Watermelon Dorado- 10% ABV, IBU. Our Watermelon Dorado Double IPA is not one to back down from big flavors. Mash, kettle, and dry hopping blend to create a huge hop profile that is balanced with a blast of watermelon. The result is a refreshing brew that is all summer and no seeds.
Ballast Point Brewing Company – Grunion Pale Ale- 5.5% ABV, 35 IBU. Our Grunion Pale Ale wasn’t born on a beach, but in a backyard. Originating from an employee-only home brew contest, this award-winning hoppy pale ale is named after the tiny local fish known for late night frolics on shore. A pair of new hop varieties lend strong yet balanced summer melon aromas and herbal flavors, while a soft caramel malt sweetness holds it all together.
Ballast Point Brewing Company – Pineapple Sculpin- 7% ABV, 70 IBU. Our Pineapple Sculpin IPA came from one of many small-batch cask experiments to enhance the flavor of our signature IPA. With so many tropical hop notes in Sculpin, how could we not try adding some sweet, juicy pineapple? The combination of fruity flavors and hop intensity definitely packs a punch.
Bavik de Brabandere – Bavik Imperial Pils- 5.2% ABV, IBU. A light flavored beer, smooth and malty. Clean finish, with a light malt aftertaste.
Beer Lab Hawaii – Golden Plate Pale Ale- 5.5% ABV, 37 IBU. A hazy East Coast style Pale Ale loaded with Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial hops.
Beer Lab Hawaii – Maui Coffee Porter. 5.3% ABV, 31 IBU A robust porter a bit on the lighter side. Smooth Maui coffee was chosen to gently compliment the chocolate notes of this porter.
Boston Beer Company – Nitro White IPA- 5.5% ABV, 15 IBU. Nitro beers are known for their captivating cascade and smooth creaminess. Yet, for many, nitro is solely linked to stout. We experimented with all sorts of styles and discovered that nitro truly can be the missing fifth beer ingredient. The first sip of our Nitro White Ale reveals a smooth velvety taste with a light wheat character and hints of orange while an undercurrent of peppery spice adds a bright finish to leave you wanting another.
Boston Beer Company – Grapefruit Rebel- 6.3% ABV, 72 IBU. Samuel Adams Rebel Grapefruit IPA is the newest addition to the Rebel family of IPAs, which are brewed to showcase a wide range of hop intensities and characteristics. Rebel Grapefruit is brewed with real grapefruit for a big punch of citrus that amplifies the tropical fruit and citrus notes of one of the Sam Adams brewers’ favorite West Coast hops, Mosaic.
Belching Beaver Brewery – Great Lei IPA- 6.5% ABV, 55 IBU. Pineapple and Coconut IPA
Belching Beaver Brewery – Beaver’s Milk Stout- 5.3% ABV, 30 IBU. Our milk stout is light to the taste yet frothy and silky. It starts with a slight coffee roasted beginning and tapers down to a residual sweetness to finish you off. Enjoy our Nitro or Co2; come in and make the comparison, it may surprise you. Specialty malts include: Barley, Dark Malts, Rolled Oats.
Brauerei Aying – Ayinger Brau Weisse- 5.1% ABV, IBU. Delicious lemon and vanilla scented wheat beer with yeast. This is an aristocratic beer with a champagne sparkle and a beautifully sustained head. With the pale color of mountain honey and tart refreshing palate, it is a "brut" beer with the delicious, complex fruitiness of extra-dry champagne. Bottle conditioned and top fermented, it is a benchmark for this style of beer. The nose is fruity-spicy, herbaceous with lots of flowers, and fruit. With such a creamy head, you can build miniature mountains that resemble the Alps. Pour slowly, fill the special weissbier glass half full and swirl the bottle on the table to put the yeast in suspension.
Brauerei Aying – Celebrator Doppelbock- 6.7% ABV, 24 IBU. Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year’s aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers make Celebrator great as a party drink with friends and family at celebrations. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.
Breakside Brewery – Breakside IPA- 6.8% ABV, 70 IBU. Our take on the classic India Pale ale style - the favorite craft beer of the Northwest. This amber colored brew is loaded with four different types of hops during the brew day and then gets dry hopped. Our IPA has a huge citrus and pine character with a strong, but refined bitterness.
Breakside Brewery– Breakside Pilsner- 5.2% ABV, IBU. We always wanted to make a year-round German-style Pilsner. Both because it tastes great and it’s a favorite of ours. We import bagged German Pilsner malt and manually add 3,300 pounds to each batch because we believe that’s what it takes to make a great German pilsner. We source all Hallertau Hersbrucker hops, which we prize for their mix of floral and “Noble” notes. Then we wait. This beer is unfiltered, so we rely on natural lagering techniques (i.e. long times and cold temperatures) to get this beer as bright as sunshine.
Baird Brewing Company – Red Rose Amber- 5.4% ABV, IBU. This original amber ale is inspired by the "Steam" style of beer. Whereas a "Steam" is a lager beer fermented at an elevated ale-type temperature, Red Rose is an ale fermented at a lower lager-type temperature. Like a "Steam," Red Rose combines a crisp lager refreshingness with a robust ale fruitiness. A lovely citrus-pine hop character is present from start to finish.
Big Island Brewhaus – Monk’s Brunch - 4.5%ABV, 25 IBU A session-able Belgian-Style Pale Ale. This beer takes Mandarina Bavaria hops, 2-Row malt, Munich & Vienna malts and adds our Belgian-Style yeast which imparts another layer of flavors like plum, citrus, and spice - robust yet quench-worthy.
Big Island Brewhaus – Graham’s Pilsner - 5.6%ABV, 33 IBU Our Bohemian Pilsner has a forward hop character with a nice dose of malt flavor. This style originated in Pilsen, Czech Republic in the 1840’s. Ours is named for a dear friend, supporter, and avid lover of Tom’s beers. He lived his life with Aloha and we honor him and you with this beer.
Brouwerij Verhaeghe – Duchesse de Bourgogne -6.2%ABV. Duchesse de Bourgogne is the traditional top fermented reddish-brown ale from the West-Flanders region of Belgium. This refined ale also known as "The Burgundies of Belgium" is a blend of 8 and 18 months old ales following careful maturation in oak casks. 100% natural and unpasteurized.
Brouwerij Van Steenberge – Gulden Draak- 10.5% ABV, IBU. Gulden Draak is a high fermentation beer with secondary fermentation. For the secondary fermentation, wine yeast is used. The white bottle, the black banner, the golden dragon and the red letters, constitute a stylish result that has no equal among the many Belgian special beers. Gulden Draak can be drunk as an aperitif or dessert, or whenever you have the time to sit back and relax. But this barley wine is also perfect with and in stews, especially the Ghent variety. It is also a plus in sauces for red meat, such as a bordelaise. It is particularly suited as a dessert beer, especially in combination with dark chocolate.
Chimay Brewery – White- 8% ABV, IBU. Chimay Tripel, with its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s flavour, as sensed in the mouth, comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurized.
Coronado Brewing Company – Stingray IPA- 7.9% ABV, 41 IBU. Named after a serene Coronado shoreline where locals soak up sun and suds. This easy-drinking IPA will transport you to a tropical paradise the moment it hits your lips. Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Southern Cross hops provide flavors and aromas of tropical fruits and sun-kissed citrus with soft accents of nectarine and peach.
Coronado Brewing Company – Merbear- 7.5% ABV, 45 IBU. By land and by sea, MerBear Rye IPA is a unique union of styles. Amarillo, Hallertau Blanc, Centennial, and Equinox hops lend to the beer’s pungent, fruity character that ends on a spicy, malty caramel backbone. Rarely seen, yet never ignored, it’s an unforgettably full-bodied ale, carefully crafted for those particularly audacious craft beer drinkers.
Coney Island Brewing Company– Hard Root Beer- 5.8% ABV, IBU. The gypsy should have predicted this. The most dignified beverage of days past, reimagined for your future self. The wooden planks under your feet and a hot dog in your hand; the only difference is that now you’re tall enough to ride the ride.
Clown Shoes Beer – Pecan Pie Porter- 8% ABV, IBU. Ghengis Pecan relied on mighty powers to repel and uprising of violent turkeys looting bourbon barrels filled with our Pecan Pie Porter. His vigilance allowed us to create a beer that is 25% bourbon barrel aged. We brewed the base beer with roasted pecans and blended it with the barreled portion to create a decadent tribute to autumn.
Clown Shoes Beer – Evil Crawfish- 9% ABV, IBU. Once upon a time a man walked into a bar where a friend of ours was tending the taps. He tried to order an Eagle Claw Fist, but got it wrong and asked for an Evil Crawfish. When we heard the story, after much laughter, we knew one day we’d make the beer. Finally, here it is, built off of ECF, but cleaner, meaner, less bitter, and dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin.
d’s Wicked Company – Green Apple- 8.5% ABV, IBU. d’s Wicked Green Apple Cider is a premium, artisanal, hand crafted hard cider made with the freshest Washington State Granny Smith apples. Green Apple hosts an abundance of candied green apple notes, with hints of caramel and a balanced off-dry, crispy fresh finish. Tart & Sassy...it’s WICKED GOOD!
Deschutes Brewery – Armory XPA- 5.9% ABV, 58 IBU. It’s fitting this experimental pale ale was the first beer brewed at our Portland Pub. This XPA gets its bitter twist from Nugget, and Northern Brewer hops, then delivers a pronounced citrus kick from Cascade, Centennial and Citra hops. Consider this your next hop obsession.
Deschutes Brewery – Fresh Squeezed IPA- 6.4% ABV, 60 IBU. This mouthwateringly delicious IPA gets its flavor from a heavy helping of citra and mosaic hops. Don’t worry, no fruit was harmed in the making of this beer.
De La Senne – Zinnebir- 5.5% ABV, IBU. Bernard came to De La Senne from the Sint Pieter’s brewery, and brought his Zinnebier with him. It is a tasty and very well-made brew, indeed, and it is only getting better. The Zinnebier has evolved along with the brewer. When Bernard hooked up with Yvan De Baets of De la Senne, the Zinnebier evolved from a strong, malt-focused, 8% alcohol beer to a bright, light, 5.5% beer with the same yeasty complexity, malt backdrop, and refreshing hop bitterness, that the original was known for.
