Knee Deep Brewing Company – Breaking Bud- 6.5% ABV, 50 IBU. Old school meets new school in this fresh approach to the classic IPA. Also in the hop mix are Simcoe and CTZ, creating layers of mango, passion fruit, pine and dank. A malt bill with a pinch of crystal malt and a hefty dose of flaked wheat keeps the beer crisp while adding flavor complexity. Cheers to the past, present and future!

Kona Brewing Company – I ‘iwi India Session Ale- 4.5% ABV, 50 IBU. Designed after the popular Hawaiian “POG” juice, we created an India Session Ale with passionfruit juice, guava puree, and organic orange juice. The fruit lends tropical aromas and flavors and is complemented by Azacca and Galaxy hops, which add additional citrus, tropical fruit, and passionfruit notes. This brew has assertive bitterness and exquisite flavors, while maintaining a light body and drinkability.

Kona Brewing Company – Konambisco Amber- 5.5% ABV, 25 IBU. This Amber Ale is a collaboration between Kona Brewing Company, Cisco Brewers, and Appalachian Mountain Brewery utilizing distinctive, region-specific ingredients. The addition of cranberry adds brightness and a mild tartness, while the North Carolina honey contributes a floral complexity and a mild sweetness to round out the cranberry notes. To finish it off, Hawaiian grown cacao is added to enhance chocolate notes, pairing beautifully with the fruit-forward cranberry and enhancing the roastiness of the chocolate malts.
